Monika Wodyczko clinical dietitian

Inulin

My name is Monica Wodyczko and I am a clinical dietician. In 2010 I graduated from the Faculty of Food and Human Nutrition Sciences at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences with an MSc degree, and then began postgraduate studies at the Medical University of Warsaw in the field of Dietetics in Internal and Metabolic Diseases. At De Care I am co-responsible for creating recipes, healthy and gluten-free products, the Yummity brand.

When coming up with new products, I rely on my knowledge and experience because, at the same time, for more than 7 years I have treated patients with various health issues (underweight, overweight, obesity, diabetes, autoimmune diseases, infertility, celiac disease and other metabolic disorders), as well as healthy people who want to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I constantly update my knowledge by participating in numerous dietary conferences.

In my work with patients, I focus on the causes of disorders and take a holistic approach to their treatment.

I have authored numerous articles on dietary issues, and have spoken on television and radio programs as a guest. Knowing the problems and needs of my patients, I make sure that Yummity products, in addition to being gluten-free, are both wholesome and quick to prepare. The ingredients are simple and natural. They are based, among others, on gluten-free whole grains, pods, vegetables, fruit and spices, making them rich in fiber, minerals and vitamins, which, if properly featured in the diet, have a positive health impact.
