The unique recipe for Yummity black waffles makes them crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.

You can make eight waffles from one package. Their original black color comes from the addition of 100% natural carbon, extracted from roasted coconut shells.

Yummity black waffles do not contain added sugar, so you can make them sweet by adding sugar and fruit to taste, or savory by adding herbs and some vegetable paste. This constitutes an original and wholesome meal, which will not only diversify your diet, but also provide a lot of fiber, protein, magnesium and iron, ensuring your well-being and the feeling of fullness.

The high content of quinoa flour ensures a unique, slightly nutty aroma and high nutritional value. 2 waffles cover 40% of your daily iron requirements, which regulates the production of red blood cells, reduces fatigue and boosts the immune system.

Gluten free flour (from quinoa 40 %, corn, rice), colour: vegetable carbon (activated vegetable carbon from coconut), prepared millet flour, pea protein 1 %, iodized sea salt.

May contain: soybeans, celery, mustard, sesame seeds, sulphur dioxide and sulphites.

  • 2 eggs
  • 100 ml carbonated water
  • 400 ml coconut milk 5-7%
  • 60 g sugar for the sweet version or 3 g salt for the savoury version
  • oil for greasing the wafle maker
  • wafle maker 1500 W
  1. Separate egg whites from the yolks and whisk egg whites.
  2. Add carbonated water, coconut milk and egg yolks to the mix. Depending on your preference, prepare waffles sweetly adding sugar or savoury adding salt and your favourite herbs (we suggest a mix of “No Salt. Mix the ingredients with a wooden or plastic table spoon until you get a uniform mixture. Once the mixture is ready delicately stir in egg whites.
  3. Heat the waffle maker and grease it with a small amount of oil. Pour the dough evenly and bake the waffles unitl they will be crunchy on the outside
