This gluten-free brownie is a ready-made mix for baking  your own strong-flavored chocolate cake.

It is an extremely nutritious dessert based on BIO coconut sugar, which has a lower glycemic index than the more commonly used white refined sugar, and on amaranth flour from Peru, which is distinguished by its subtle taste and aroma. With a high fiber content and no starch, this product helps to maintain proper blood sugar levels, benefit the functioning of the intestines and ensures the feeling of fullness for longer. Yummity Brownies are rich in iron, which regulates the production of red blood cells, boosts the immune system and reduces fatigue. In addition, they are a good source of calcium, which benefits the skeletal system, as well as magnesium ensuring good energy levels.

Coconut sugar BIO* 52 % (coconut sugar, mangosteen fruit juice), amaranth flour 32 %, alkalized fat reduced cocoa powder 13 %, raising agent: sodium carbonates.

  • 3 eggs
  • 110 ml of coconut milk with a min. fat content of 5-7 %
  • 100 ml of oil (e.g. molten coconut oil)
  • baking tin 24 x 24 cm

1. Heat the oven to a temperature of 180 °C (top and bottom, fan off). Line the baking tin 24cm x 24 cm with parchment paper.
2. Put eggs in a bowl, add coconut milk and oil. Mix at a high speed for 1 minute until fluffy. Add the powder from the package and mix at a low speed for another minute.
3. Pour the dough in the tin and bake for 35 – 40 minutes. The brownie is ready when a wooden toothpick inserted within comes out dry.

To enrich the taste of brownie, you can add pieces of dark chocolate to the raw dough.
