Gluten-free, black Yummity Muffins are a ready-made baking mix which you can use to prepare your muffins in just 15 minutes. As an extremely nutritious and healthy dessert based on amaranth flour, without the addition of starch or other purified flours, it is a perfect source of fiber.

BIO coconut sugar used in these muffins has a lower glycemic index than the more commonly used white refined sugar. The original black color comes from the addition of 100% natural carbon, extracted from roasted coconut shells.  Thanks to this unique composition, Yummity Muffins help to maintain proper blood sugar levels, benefit the functioning of the intestines and  ensure the feeling of fullness for longer. In addition, about 4 Yummity muffins cover up to a quarter of your daily calcium requirements necessary to maintain healthy bones and teeth, as well as nearly one third of your daily iron, which regulates the production of red blood cells, boosts the immune system and reduces fatigue.

These muffins owe their extremely aromatic taste to  coconut chips and only natural coconut flavoring.

Amaranth flour 49 %, coconut sugar BIO* 30 % (coconut sugar, mangosteen fruit juice), coconut shrims 15 %, colour: vegetable carbon (activated carbon from coconut), flavouring, raising agent: sodium carbonates.

  • 2 eggs
  • 60 ml of water
  • 90 ml of oil
  • form for 9 muffins

1. Heat the oven to a temperature of 200 °C (top and bottom, fan off). Prepare a silicone form for muffins. Non-silicone forms should be thoroughly greased with coconut oil before use.
2. Put eggs in a bowl, add water and oil. Mix at a high speed for 1 minute until it is fluffy. Add the powder from the package and mix at a low speed for another minute.
3. Pour the dough in the forms, half filling them, and bake for 15 minutes. The muffins are ready when a wooden toothpick inserted within comes out dry.

To enrich the taste, use melted coconut oil.
