The spinach verger is a tasty, filling and 100% vegetable alternative to a classic meat burger, which you can prepare in less than 20 minutes. Recommended as an addition to rolls or salads, it can be baked or fried in a small amount of oil.

The verger consists of highly nutritious, gluten-free ingredients such as quinoa flakes, oat flakes and chickpea and white buckwheat flour. The taste of spinach is highlighted by the addition of garlic, onion and natural spices. The verger is also an excellent source of protein,  which contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass, as well as magnesium, which ensures that the muscles function properly and reduces fatigue. The high fiber content benefits intestinal function and makes these vergers a nourishing meal option.

White buckwheat flour, quinoa flakes 14 %, instant gluten free OAT flakes, chickpea flour 8 %, dried leek 6,8 % dried spinach 6,5 %, ground garlic, dried onion flakes, Psyllium (Plantago ovata) fibre 4 %, iodized sea salt, ground flaxseed defatted, ground black pepper, ground nutmeg.

May contain: soybeans, celery, mustard, sesame seeds, sulphur dioxide and sulphites.

  1. Add all the ingredients to the bowl and stir with a wooden spoon until you get a uniform mixture.
  2. Cover the bowl with mix with a cloth and leave in a warm place for approx. 15 minutes.4
  3. Form 4 burgers.
  4. Fry in a hot pan for 3 minutes on each side until gold color.
